Boaz GiladFounder, Chief Executive Officer
Boaz Gilad is Founder and CEO of Brookland Capital, LLC, a real estate investment and development company.
With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Gilad is frequently cited as an industry expert by such publications as The Wall Street Journal and Crain’s New York Business. Mr. Gilad has built his portfolio almost exclusively in Brooklyn, and has been integral in spearheading the borough’s real estate resurgence.
Brookland Capital has $300 million invested in residential development in Brooklyn and Queens, and sales of over $600 million since 2011.
Real estate development capital is sourced from an international pool of US, European and Israeli private equity funds. Under Gilad’s leadership, Brookland Capital maintains a BBB+ rating S&P (local rating) on the Israeli Bond Exchange.
Mr. Gilad is the author of the book The Real Estate Millionaire (McGraw-Hill). Under the Brookland umbrella, Mr. Gilad focuses on capital development and investor relations.
Boaz is former President of ORE International, LLC and BST Real Estate. A consultant to corporate and professional investors, he has led seminars around the world. He is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at New York University.

Noa handles financial compliance and controls, financial reporting, planning and analysis. Noa brings to the company over a decade of financial experience in both private and public accounting. Prior to joining Brookland Capital, Noa was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young Israel Assurance Services and has also held positions at Yes Satellite Television, a division of Bezeq Telecommunications (TLV: BEZQ) and Partner Communications LTD. (NASDAQ: PTNR). Noa holds a BA in Management and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, Department of Economics.

Tal is responsible for directing the organization's budget, overseeing investment of funds, managing and limiting risks, supervising cash management activities, and raising capital to support the company's expansion.
